Loved going for long walks…did it a lot when I was young living in NY and when we moved to L.I. did it with a friend a lot too. Cough cough we’d cut school some days and walk the 15 miles from my house to her aunt’s. Luckily she drove us back to Smithtown where we only had a 3 mile walk to my friend’s house and her mom would drive me home if I was leaving. However, most times I just stayed overnight.

I walk in the park next to me about 2 1/2 miles a day. Much more interesting than trudging a treadmill.

20-50 minutes a day on a stationary bike, depending on what else is going on. It’s when I read scriptures and either novels or history books.
