I had a friend in high school who did his hair like that for picture day.
I swear still to this day that that boy’s hair was somehow doing weird things to his brain.
Heck, last time I saw this storyarc, I remember wondering if the hair was in actuality some sort of mind-controlling parasite just pretending to be hair. It would’ve explained a great many things about what this kid does moving forward.
The Leningrad Cowboys wax their hair to a point like that, but they bend it forward.

(The Leningrad Cowboys are not actually from Leningrad, or Alabama either, and they’re not really cowboys. They are from Finland and they are professional musicians. They have the American rock & roll sound down pretty well, but as for the longhaired rocker look, well, um … they’re trying….)
Apparently the school has a dress code but not a personal grooming code. And as for violating the laws, Ollie should remember that nature has its own laws, and the universe enforces them.

The problem with “I do what I want” types is that they seldom do anything good.

Ollie the new villain. Too bad that the walnut (from the preceding story) vanished. He could have sucked up Ollie’s soul. Stay safe and well everyone.

I see we have in Ollie a pretty well developed nihilistic sociopath for his relatively young age.

Haha! That hair would be magnificent if it weren’t so ridiculous.
His motto is a good way to live, if it doesn’t tip over into destructive, but I fear that ship has already sailed. Should make for a good arc however.

He KIND OF sounds like Lottie, but Lottie does a good job pretending to work within the rules (when adults are around). Smart girl.
