I assume a “Dimbleby” is not a meat-free hamburger? Mildred is just as willing to cheat on her parents’ vegan lifestyle in this time line as in the other.
“Chowder” is one of the names Ryan suggested for the Tin Star Troubadours, the band he was in with Tim Jones back in Bobbins days. Others included Egg Party, Lords of the Corn, and Razor Freeks. (I think the italics are part of the name.)
