I remember in missionary days receiving a letter from a girl from my hometown (well, next town over, but you kind of get the idea) with my name and address on the envelope, but had someone else’s name on the letter itself; the original recipient had my letter in his envelope. When I wrote to my parents of that incident, they were going to tell her during at her older sister’s wedding reception. She then sent me my original letter. (Just casual conversational letter, not a “dear John”, mind y’all.)
