I love my salmon and have it every Friday cooked and broken up to mix into my orzo along with my pepper strips I dice up to mix in also…mmmm good and since I have always had fish on Friday’s since I am of a religion that we don’t eat meat on Friday’s.

i love salmon patties and have them Wednesdays and Fridays. there is a market here that makes the best patties that are made with onions, peppers, and different seasonings. and are precooked. sometimes i substitute with a filet of salmon stuffed with crabmeat dressing. i am hungry now.
