I absolutely love these strips in which RT placed an object or person in such a way that parts appear in several panels.  In this case, a single image of Viola divided between the first two panels.

This one is particularly special because Viola is the one moving.  In most of the strips it’s an inanimate object (like the jungle gym) while things happen around it at different points in time (like the children walking past it).

I’ve been reading Cul-de-Sac for years and years and they’re still new to me. What does this say about this comic?

For Petey, that’s the equivalent of a Mohawk.
