Alice knows everything, always. (or so she thinks)

Alice is selfish and mean. I’m surprised she has any friends. Maybe they’re just frightened of her. She better learn to be nicer, and learn it pretty soon.

Thank you, Dill, for panicking. Somebody had to.

Alice auditioned for the Lucy Van Pelt role, but she was just a little too over the top!

Uh oh, if those two don’t quit it, Dill will need to rock in the chair with Miss Bliss!

Note that the last two strips were also about Kevin doing stuff that annoyed Alice. 

So she was pre-aggravated, leading to her seemingly disproportionate physical aggressive response.

Someone is not getting any food-like snacks at lunch time.

This is creeping me out a little. I mean, is this not the world at large, currently.

But it’s Nara who gives the story its final emphasis. Dill panicking? —Nothing new here. Alice bullying? —Nothing new here, either. Kevin being assertive? —That precipitates disaster!

A girl in my school was in her mother’s movie (as the bratty niece), and when we teased her about it she said “Ive-seen-that-movie-and-I-don’t-think-that-kid-looks-at-all-like-me!” and ran away.
