Anyone remember the Beagle Boys from the Donald Duck and Scrooge McDuck comics? I’m pretty sure all of their prison numbers riffed on the digits 6, 7, and 8, like 678-876. I think Mr Butts number might be a small reference or homage. Or, maybe I’m crazy. ¯\(ツ)/¯
