Is Jack a descendant of Nebbish, but audible?

Panel 4 is the punchline to that old joke, “What does a 500-lb Canary say?” The alternate punchline is, “Here kitty kitty kitty!”

This is my favorite story so far. It is a world I would like to live in.

Jack also seems to show traits of imagination and engagement that once formed a large part of the average child’s daily personal entertainment in the decades before the introduction of artificial intelligence i.e., the digital wondermaker. Don’t think, Kids. Just push the buttons that push yours.

Prayers for the fallen, the injured, and the not-quite-recovered, whether in combat or in daily battle with things that hurt you.

Why does having an imagination automatically label a person as being Autistic or weird? I lived through the ridicule to become a design engineer; no thanks to anyone’s support as a child.

I repeat my earlier statement that I want Jack to bink me on the nose.

The other week 5-yr-old Adrian Zamarippa (Ogden, Utah), while his older sister napped, drove off in the family car. Destination, purpose and means: California, to upgrade to a Lamborghini with his 3 dollars. Soon after the entrance ramp onto I-15, he allowed himself to be pulled over by a state trooper. Never underestimate the small fry.

I suspect that Danae’s not going to like this dream, but I’ll bet she remembers it for a long time.

I always enjoy Wiley, but I kinda wish he’d dispense with the Tom-Swiftian afterword thing…

Maybe they’re off to save the chickens that will be euthanized because they can’t get them to market.

Wylie has definitely found his stash of the good stuff …

Jack is a sweetie, but I hope he doesn’t end up in evil-child TWILIGHT ZONE territory.

Is that a pine grosbeak with a glandular problem?

A bird could easily do and have grown to such sizes. Hollow bones and air sacs.

It’s a good thing for the world that Jack is a Happy, generous hearted kid.

Didn’t they make a Twilight Zone episode about a kid like that, only not so kind-hearted?

I’m thinking they have shrunk down for this mission.
