Too many have died and are still dying.

They died but they did not die in vain. They died protecting those who could not protect themselves.

My question, sadly: Is this a Memorial Day strip honoring veterans, or a tribute to the 100k people who have died from COVID-19?

i would think this is for Memorial Day. unfortunately a lot of the Covid 19 fatalities are buried in mass graves at this time.
