My cockatoo really felt animosity towards shoes (I think the wife of her former dad may have kicked her) so until I discovered that, I had serious bites to any shoes I left within reach. And she had plenty of other foods and toys to chew. She was still my soulmate and I’ll always love her.

Part of the problem with this one…Any owner that leaves their shoes out with a new dog or puppy…their own fault. Put them away and it wouldn’t happen!

Claire, put your shoes in the closet. Claire should buy them milk bones, etc. to chew on.
