I refuse to get involved in a strip that has no connection with reality.

Lewreader – this strip has every connection with reality. It’;s just that you’re in denial about it!

Wonder if he’s on another USO tour; That’s where he’s been during the last two reruns.

Right Lew - like you’d know about those matters.

New strips return next Monday.

I assume that Lewread was being sarcastic, something that GT readers should be familiar with.

Could be, odog. The USO site shows GT booked for at least one event in the Persian Gulf at a date TBA.

Since this is a rerun–and thanks, J.M.D., for the date–let me state how impressed I am that G.B. Trudeau used a Sun day strip to summarize and continue the previous “Rescue of Trff” story.

Now, while we’re at it, with current complaints. That brand new rectangle in the top right corner with a list of cartoons. Does anybody know how to get rid of it? I guess I’m not very imaginative, because I can’t think of anything.
