    Actually there is evidence that chillis are good for the immune system. In fact, many of the spices used in curries are beneficial to the health.

    Science is science. And meanwhile, a heck of a lot of what various “interested parties” are peddling (yes, they want you to “buy” i) as “science” is just the opposite.

    Truth in “advertising” is no longer considered an “ethic”.
