No, I heard on NPR that some of the waverers have come back. They may not like us but they don’t want to be supporting a civilian killing dictator.

I’ve been on Twitter monitoring this and there are more westerners playing the “they want libyan oil!” and “war is always evil” card than muslims.

^ interesting. I don’t know how that refuted the Crusade card comment (though I had not heard that claim before today either).

^ heh, I actually got that one. The irony is he didn’t try and swat the one on his face. He just stood there and continued on as though the fly wasn’t there at all.

One thing about going after someone EVERYONE HATES– less risk of choosing the “wrong side”. At the same time, in Egypt, Tunisia, Yemen, or Libya- what ARE we going to end up with??? And Israel is bombing Gaza again.

Ooooo! Let’s put the Bush Administration back in charge and they can turn Libya into another “catastrophic success” like Iraq and Afghanistan! Better to just stay the hell out of it.
