Maybe France is a half a planet away from everyone else but we’ve been touching elbows… instead of the traditional bisous (cheek-kiss) or handshake… since the beginning of the crisis…
If we’re supposed to cover our coughs and sneezes with the crook of our elbow, the whole elbow touching thing makes absolutely no sense at all, especially when combined with advice to social distance. I’m going for the Namaskar move…altho I’m not sure I’ll say “namaste” when I do it.

Can’t do that either. Would be standing way to close to rub elbows and the two of you aren’t wearing masks.

I haven’t shaken hands in six months.
Of course, that is a function of my personality as much as COVID-19.
For some of us, social distancing is merely a new definition of normality.

Virus can hide anywhere on your body. Your elbow is no exception. Thus spake Dr. Fauci.

No, don’t give in! Not having to touch anyone other than grandchildren is the plus side to all this.

Maybe we should bow like they do in Japan.

Actually it would be very hard and embarrassing to rub the crook of your elbows together, the point not so.
