Did you ever hear of any despots that didn’t funnel away funds out of the country? I wonder if all of Saddam’s money was ever found? There was a report of soldiers finding cash buried under trees at some palace once (or was it in the walls?).

By the way, Ghaddafi has billions here in the US, the publicly reported funds are in the Carlysle Group and some major banks. Wiki the Carlysle group for notable members!
