Tofu’s good stuff, but not by itself.

I would have to agree with jdinswil. It is quite good if made properly, really. And tofu really has no taste, so the other ingredients you mix with it is what makes the dish. Now have it every day? No, but half the fun of eating IS trying new things.

@Dry…I’ve tried tofu in all kinds of dishes…and still can’t get past the texture. You are correct…it takes on the flavor of the spices/ingredients surrounding it. It is the texture…when that hits my mouth, The Tongue goes into an instant contortion to evict said item out!

Shouldn’t it be “ptofu!!”?

My dog would have scarfed tofu up! Of course, he scarfed everything up.
