Technically, a feral cat can't be a pet, as it lives in the wild! Miss Overdunne: My authority extends to all of the property! Evelyn: I'll take this to the Supreme Court! Ms. Overdunne: You may find the Court isn't so pro-cat anymore!

Only if the cat is a corporation or worth billions, or wants to use “religious freedom” to discriminate, then the court will be on its side.

I live in Senior Housing 90% of tenant have a cat or dog. It is good for their mental health.
