And what would be the point of suing a pauper? He’s too old to even be punished for contempt. No judge with any sense will make more than a token gesture.

We have a next door neighbor that uses a firepit, often to burn bits of yard slash. Usually he starts it up in the evening and the wind blows right into our house. Rarely a sweet odor. Not fun when we have the windows open for the cool evening breezes. I have commented, in one ear out the other. Thinking about calling the fire dept, as we are usually in a no-burn time.
