What about the “heat death of the universe”?

Not with a bang, but a whimper…

I’m betting on the Big Crunch. Got $100 riding on it.

But everybody already knows that it ends at Milliway’s, the Restaurant at the End of the Universe.

Besides, the universe has already survived thousands of predictions of its end.

So, the universe started wtih the Big Bang, and it will end with the Big Pop?

Verne is my spirit animal…I have a very depressed spirit.

There are so many theories about how the Universe will end. One of them might be correct, but I’m willing to bet that it will be in a way that nobody even thought of.

It’s a pointless academic exercise since it’s very likely that no Human will be around to witness it anyway.

Which universe? A question that has always confused me, what does a universe expand in to?

Not even a whimper just a universal homeostasis. Equal temperature in all locations and it will be a low density version.

It is going from a hot dense state to a cold diffuse state. Entropy wins in the end and even protons decay.

Verne, where did the universe come from (and I don’t want to hear big bang)… I really wonder why ANYTHING exists
