I used to love Heart of the City, the Father’s Day cartoon when she wrote the letter to her dad made me cry. Now it’s boring and formulaic, this strip lost its soul and everything that made it special.
While in the military, I learned to sleep with my eyes open. It’s a skill you can only develop when you get less than six hours sleep a night and have to sit through lectures the next day.
There are “Men Going Their Own Way” (MGTOW) who complain of women making men their “emotional Tampons” by talking to the men and emptying out their negativity on them. This shows us that other females are not exempt from that treatment.
