3/4 mission accomplished. Not good, not terrible.
So would Fred Flintstone
That would hurt my butt landing on the slide like that.
Not physically possible without a ramp at the end of the slide…
Well I’m impressed.
So close yet so far.
Just a few tweaks, and Red will be good to go!
A little bit too far!!
One skip or two? Doubt that the pool has enough surface area for three.
I am amazed! After the last several episodes, still no ER! Ha
LOL! One more time Red…before dad sees me….in the bushes
Ok, is anyone else reminded of that board game, MouseTrap?
8-D
Sure do hope that is not a barberry.
Well, at least it wasn’t a rose bush. Ask me about learning to ride a bike.
Looked up RG. Nice bit of trivial history.
Throw a teeter-totter and merry-go-round to the mix and I think it will work next time!
No one seems to have mentioned Wile E. Coyote. Today’s strip reminds me of how he always underestimated or overestimated velocity.
Red must have flown off the slide with force to overshoot the pool.
Almost made it. Tuck those feet and no villain will ever find you.
How fun! Wish I could do that! Love to my little darlings!
Need to work on the landing.
Oh, yeah! it is truly amazing how many of them actually survive to adulthood.
I wonder how many people know Rube Goldberg? Over shot huh Red?
So many animated movies these days have a Rube Goldberg sequence. It used to be fun to watch, but now it’s turning into a tired cliche.
It should have worked!
Cute ….. strip
You almost got it. Little lower on the swing, I’d say.
Mousetrap, what a great board game inspired by Rube Goldberg.
When I taught school, I taught my students about Rube Goldberg. They loved it.
Pretty good, Red. You may have a few kinks to work out…
That warms my heart when someone remembers Rube Goldberg and his marvelous inventions.
