And it’s more Ideological than about the money, They could cut more of the budget by eliminating govt subsidies for Big Business than by cutting EPA, Planned Parenthood, and Medical Research, but those are the things that have to go.

Yes! Get the government out of the way so recovery can proceed. So just back the train up a little and let the private sector take over and produce.

^Nonsense. It was the stimulus that kept us from dropping into a real depression. It was stopping the stimulus too early that slowed the recovery done.

I will conceed that W was horrible for allowing the debt to go from 4 Trillion to 6.8 Trillion in his 8 years.

Please be honest with yourself and condem Obama for allowing the debt to go from 6.8 Trillion to over 14 Trillion in just two years.

It was private enterprise that got us into this mess - and the lack of regulation insisted upon by private enterprise that exacerbated it.

The best solution is to let the richest among us pay more in taxes. Why? Because they got that money by manipulating government with their wealth. They control more of government by buying votes - and they use their influence to funnel more money toward them and away from everyone else. So, let them give some back.

Wow. There’s still people out there gullible enough to believe the stimulus HELPED our economy, that it(along with ObamaCare) was anything other than a gigantic exercise in looting?!?

You bozos will believe anything your Dear Leaders and leftist media pundits tell you believe, won’t you? And you’ll STILL have the nerve to bash right-wingers for doing the exact same thing with FOX, huh?

Just one more example of how the left and the right are the same, not different.

Lot of welfare types here complaining about how the Republicans and Tea Party people are screwing them! You now know how we the taxpayers feel when the gimmecrats screw us with your bills. Next time, think twice before you vote for a “mutt” (BHO’s own description of himself) with nothing but charisma.

Actually the TP said to pass a budget, just cut spending. That would be like keeping the train actually going… and having less cars to have to pull meaning that you can go faster and require less energy to have to pull making everything go forward faster. Ah, but it’s all just a metaphor after all.
