Wow, my childhood wasn’t so idyllic. I was aware, I worried about doing the wrong thing, saying the wrong thing, being laughed at, being punished, being bullied. And that was with loving parents and without abuse. I worried as much than as I do now, but now I have a more options. No going back for me.

We don’t really have a choice when it comes to physical aging. But Spiritually we can keep our inner child alive indefinitely.
