A former GF went into shock when I was looking from some new slacks and bought four pair in the first store we hit. Guys really don’t have many choices, so no point in looking further.
Sounds like Betty is like me. I make out a list, take it to the store, get what’s on the list, remember 2-4 things that should have been on the list and get them.
That is why stores are again using an ancient tactic, moving merchandise around inside the stores. Doing so means looking throughout each store at least once to find the purpose of being in any store.
i always take a list but sometimes i add things to my cart that weren’t a part of my list. for me the list i carry just makes sure that i pick up those items no matter what!

If that’s all there was to it, call it in and do a curbside pickup! Except meats and produce.

“You can’t always get what you want.” Yeast, for example.

In this pandemic, “shopping” should no longer be hours of browsing through shops. Get in and out as quickly as possible and stick to your list. :P

shopping is looking for items, buying is the process of paying for those items.

My wife sent me shopping on my own. I went buying instead. I was back before she knew I left. And yes I got everything on the list.

This is the lady that deleted an app on her husband’s phone as being a waste of time.

I don’t like shopping. I don’t always stick to the list but I do like to get in, find what I need, pay and get out…even pre-virus days.

Buying is great if your memory is, too.
