Mowing not a problem in central VA. Rained some almost every day for weeks and more forecast. But it isn’t all bad. Noticed yesterday that some of of the corn in my supposedly infertile bird feed has sprouted in the ground below the feeders. Since it continues to rain daily, I am enjoying watching it grow. Think I’ll let it go to full growth just for fun.
My neighbors won’t like it, but then my yard has always been the one they use as an example of what not to do. It keeps up the pressure on them to be perfect.

It must have been crunch time. Panel 3 looks like a duplicate of panel 1 with two exceptions.

No reel mower for me, nor a gasoline powered one. I have an electric.
And mowing in 95 degree weather? Nope. I’m not (that) suicidal.

“I can still cut the grass on …” Not me. I’d be out of action due to heat exhaustion and partial asphyxia before finishing one pass.
