My sister-in-law has a couple chickens, she gave me several eggs and they were so fresh and good. I had one with a double yoke too. Only thing with fresh eggs is that you have to really clean the shell before using the egg.

We sometime give ours away to neighbours. Or make waffles, pancakes and or things like that. And lots of baking. Cookies, cakes and brownies and such.
