I was rushing to get as much done since it had been a couple of months the last time so I didn’t keep my back straight and lift my weight with my knees every time I picked up while cleaning the home of a friend who has a s chronic autoimmune illness. It took days of tens therapy and whatnot for my back to stop spasming.

The sad thing is, we don’t even HAVE to over-do anything. Just a wrong turn, or twist, and “it’s all she wrote.”
