I’m with dad. Having grown up in the 50s, I cannot believe the amount of commercials on today’s TV, which is the main reason I am not connected.

“Father Knows Zilch” was remade many times during the 50s and 60s. As a sop to women, who had less freedoms than they have today, many series depicted the husband as a lovable boob whose beautiful, patient, ingenious wife would “save the day”, often figuring out a way for the husband to get the credit. Case in point: “Bewitched”
