Most breakfast cereals are fortified, so there is nutrition. I’ve never experienced, or seen anyone else experience a sugar rush or a sugar crash. Based on the quantity of comic space devoted to it, I suppose some are affected that way. It’s certainly no where near the problem it’s made out to be.
Many people out there have been saying for years that there is no nutrition available due to the source not being “organic.” The value of food nutrition depends not on the source, but upon the scientific/chemical makeup thereof. The nutritional value of the salt on your table is due to the amount/mixture of the Na & Cl present, not whether it came from a mine on land or from the ocean. Remember, that mine was once under water. too.

The very thought of chocolate coated sugar bombs for breakfast certainly exercises MY sense of OMG-ishness.

That sounds like a cereal that Calvin would just love.

Because basically one would be swallowing the advertising claims and everyone knows there is nothing nutritional there.

I’d rather farmers grow corn for fructose than ethanol.

I know I shouldn’t, but sometimes I just have to have a big old bowl of Cocoa Krispies. Takes me back 50 years.

Shouldn’t they have on more safety equipment? Wrist braces, knee pads, and a helmet on Frazz.

Fraz should be doing inline skate marathons instead of running, easier on the back and knees.
