Something’s crawling up his neck!

I saw a girl in the supermarket with what looked like a Hawaiian shirt. On closer inspection she had a crop top and tattoos over her whole body.

Not a fan but each person chooses his/her own theme in life and this is just another choice.

I always wonder.. would it be rude to make inquiries on the meaning or intent.. who was the artist.. what were you thinking?
