Technology is more of a double-edged sword.

@Linguist Today’ strip aside from the extra panel is slightly funny because it goes against concept of the master , our Hero Mr Andrew Capp or Flo would not possess or use modern technology like smartphones :o{ personally I don’t like them myself ,I own a first generation Nokia that can only be used to make calls and send SMS’s , my avatar is picture of a Dobermann dog behind a fence daring humans to cross over and find out if there is a hell after death , which is complete rubbish because we had a girl canine which I named Brunhilda that was friendly with everyone , come avete passato il vostro giorno mio meno vecchio amico? our day should be very busy , with no Sunday drive but with visits from my two sons, my better half will have to see Mass on the telly and worry about her cat Bella our Calico queen because she is not using her right hind leg , take care and BCNU pal

Not when some idiot video’d the whole thing.

They only film it ( Facebook it ? ) when you do something dumb or illegal.

This is literally the first time I’ve seen Flo with a smartphone

When we first got Microsoft Teams at the office, my boss messaged me so much with constant interruptions that I finally asked him “You do realize the idea of this software is to INCREASE productivity right?”

You pick up the sword and defend yourself or you fall on it. that is your options on social media. Your other option is, you drop social media altogether, all of it, and do not care what they say on it.

Worked for Nosher, didn’t it?

It made Flo’s life easier.

Another good cartoon! I swear they have a new contributing artist and writer. The gags are fresher and the drawing seems a lot better, too. Even the obligatory 3 panel fillers had a nice flow and continuity to them.

Andy and modern tech simply aren’t funny together—it just never feels right. Andy spent decades taking his once-a-month bath in an old metal tub Flo had to fill up by hand with kettles of hot water. (Note: falling into canals is not the same thing as taking a bath!)
