^I won’t disagree, but I’ll bet the dude is employed. I see so many folks all tattooed these days. It’s kind of gross, but many of them do seem to hold responsible positions.

My kids are “customized.” I think that is a very cute way of putting it. Oh, and they are both very gainfully employed. Skin art and piercings are expensive and require careful maintenance.

I’m old-fashioned, and I’m squeamish…a fatally uncool combination, but I’m okay with it. I’ve never seen a tattoo or a piercing that didn’t immediately make me think of it as a blemish, or even a disfigurement, that the person would have looked enormously better without.

Yes, I know that tattooing is an art form, and it can be very well done technically. On paper or a canvas, it might be worth looking at. But on a living human body? No, thanks. And as for piercing, the human body is born with all the holes it needs.

There. It needed to be said.

Actually, that face is mutilated. I hate to think what it would cost to fix it to make it look human!

I had my ears pierced just once when 16 (or 18-don’t remember) and glad I did because earrings are the only jewelry I normally wear- don’t like having any rings bracelets or necklace on any longer than just to show off an outfit, and my lobes are too short for the other types. I agree that inking is never an improvement on human bodies.

Today’s OBH is a classic- Ruthie expects the Library Lady and Playground Lady to have issues with each other, but they just agree about her…
