The worst thing about croquet is that it can lead to golf which in turn leads to cursing, throwing clubs, and other bad behavior.

As I look back I realize that my small backwoods PA school had no croquet team either. We had an excuse though, with fighting off deer, bears, cows, etc. Will Agnes’ school lead the way to the future?

Maybe Agnes should start a fencing team???
