How did they do that? If the machine just kept giving, the cone would hit the ground, and the ice cream would build up and end up in a squashed shape, if you get what I mean.
That reminds me of a time when I was a kid and my family was on vacation. We stopped at a gas station and they were giving away soft serve ice cream with every gas purchase. My brother and I didn’t know this, because we stayed in the car. But my dad got us some ice cream when he went inside to pay for the gas. My dad thought that the machine would dispense a specific amount of ice cream automatically, so with the first cone, he was just holding it there expecting the machine to stop. He didn’t realize he had to turn the machine off until he had about two feet of ice cream on the cone! I just remember how funny he looked coming out of the station carrying a regular ice cream cone, and one super tall one!
