The author is really getting creative with the storyline now. I mean when did Heart get in contact with her father? How did Ms. Lamar meet her baby daddy once again? I miss when Mark Tatulli took the time to write Heart of the City. I know he’s busy with Lio but I still wished he took the time to tie up loose ends before he gave this strip to someone else.
