When we would welcome a new soccer player to the teams I coached, we would TP the house of the new player. Sometimes made for harrowing escapades, especially when there were angry dogs or irate neighbors about.
Hmpf. I like “free spirits” better when they pick up the pieces and tidy up after “hilarity ensues,” instead of leaving it to someone else, who is then deemed no fun, and certainly not thanked.
