If you don’t trust your employees how can you expect them to trust you?

Personally I think if they want tattleware on a PC they should supply the PC. Same thing for a phone. And they should kick in a stipend to pay for the utilities you’re using for company work.

I’ve read that middle managers are freaking out as they are seen as not being needed. So I can see why they are starting to monitor workers at home to pretend they have a use.

My last boss – the proverbial micro-manager. She’d have done it if possible.

He’d have more privacy in his cubicle at work.
