If I read it correctly… there are WWII trenches that can be seen from space, are part of the landscape, and many are off limits because they still have Live Explosives/Toxins that could go off. Our warfare doesn’t help… one lick… to a healthy Earth.

There are still people dying in Egypt because of all the landmines laid down at El Alamein.

Nature tends to be the victim none of us think of when war comes around.

It’s not just war. Our very existence has had and continues to have a great effect on all life and all environments on earth (both negative and positive). We should do as much as we can to minimize our negative impact on ecosystems. We need to conserve, recycle, replenish, and innovate not only for our benefit but for the benefit of the whole earth.

Why in God’s name would the beaver give Sir Rodney even the benefit of the doubt by implying that there’s a POSSIBILITY that the Kingdom of Id could legitimately involve flora and fauna in geopolitical issues?

Nothing personal, just collateral damage. I wonder if anyone can get insurance against air strikes or errant SWAT invasion?

As it turns out – the earth is pretty indifferent to all of that. When the dinosaurs were wiped out, the earth didn’t care, when the ice age it, the earth didn’t care. Critters and people may care – but the earth is pretty indifferent.
