Customer Service people have IMVPO gotten much worse since 2000. From companies to people actually sent out on a service call to people working at FF places, they all seem to hate their jobs, so always do a very bad job. Have had service techs come to fix a broken Washing Machine spend about 5 min and order the wrong part, To my internet provider CS person telling me I need to move a very heavy desk so the tech can reach where the internet comes into the house, only to have the tech not bother to check as he already knew what the problem was to a company that came to replace 4 windows that were smashed during a hail storm where the person they sent out measured the windows wrong, so that none of the windows fit.
Most FF workers do not seem to care, doing sloppy jobs all the while very obviously doing as little as possible due to very low wages. Never helps when they see the franchise owner driving around in an expensive car and loudly complaining that he isn’t making enough money.
Then when FF workers demand better wages, they are told, if we raise wages, then HS kids will lose their jobs. Which is funny because I can not remember when I last saw a HS kid working at a FF place.

Always check the bag (box, sack, whatever)! Learned that the hard way a few times!

This is the exact reason why I now food apps on my smartphone to place my orders so that they don’t, and can’t screw up

Fast food lotto. Came home with one package of fries last time for two people.

That’s why I stopped using the drive-thru at fast food places … until it became the only option this year

So long as it’s something dirt cheap like the Fries or a Drink that is missing, they will replace it.
Missing Burgers & Fried Chicken, they might not believe you.

The last time I got an incomplete order, it was the Fried Mushrooms they forgot to put in the bag.
