    I suspect they will become more active as they grow. Kids tend to emulate their “parents” (the adults that raise them). It’s why “do as I say not as I do” parenting usually fails.

    I stock groceries 40 hours a week at the age of 58 and it does hurt a lot more than it used to

    The worst pain is from sitting around, on my nights off I go for a walk before sunrise just to take a break from “relaxing”

    Let’s not forget it’s pretty much a full time job cleaning up after you kids. She’s not doing power walks, she’s taking a break from you.
