Good to know. I thought Snoopy was in big trouble.

I thought maybe he moved to Chernobyl.

But can he read bass clef?

I thought it was funny. You know, just another sign of the times. ( I also think Snoopy could carry that look really well, too. )

Somewhere, someone in drag was crying on YouTube “Leave Snoopy alone!”

I’m surprised one of the people who don’t understand how parody and satire are covered by fair use didn’t say you were going to get sued

Then some people say Stephen Pastis is going to sue because someone used a pun in their comic , I hope they’re kidding in that case and not really that ignorant

Personally, I thought it was clever. And nothing can kill or maim Snoopy. The Red Baron has tried for DECADES!

I love it when you do crossovers from other comics or characters! And I can’t wait for the day when I see Homeslice in Pearls Before Swine or My Dad Is Dracula or Lio or…well, the list goes on.

Maybe Homeslice could do a guest appearance on Ten Cats. (Like they need more.) I’ll bet he could even take on Garfield.

I don’t know why this cartoonist seems to spend so much of his time (and art) arguing with his readers and their comments. It’s not all that interesting – we know trolls exist. Meditate, man! :-). And then just do your art and stop worrying about what people think about it already.

Snoopy not real? Bite your tongue! Next you’ll tell me Bugs Bunny isn’t real, either!

This is a cartoon and not real? Why didn’t somebody tell me. I am devastated.. The horror. What will I do now?

Don’t fret Lennie, most of us get it and love you any way. I must confess though, I always thought both Snoopy and Woodstock were real. I knew the kids were fake though. Except maybe Lucy, I think she may actually be my older sister.

Wait. What do you mean Snoopy isn’t real? Next you’ll tell me there’s no Santa or Tooth Fairy.

Considering Marciuliano’s “parodies” of Peanuts, this is pretty mild stuff.
