As I write this, it looks like DJT has done it again.

Originally, I was going to post a link to what a lame duck president could do, based upon Cleveland-Harrison-Cleveland – and what Republicans did to Democrats was pretty much what I was expecting this time around, too.

It’s 23:12 MST and hopefully things will be different in the morning.

But for now, it looks like both spreads widened:

The difference between popular vote – for Biden

And the Electoral College gerrymander – for Trump.

I’ve been studying German and Spanish; looks like I need to start learning French.

Well, I think it will be Biden from likely remaining uncounted demographics, but how is this close? Hoover would have been reelected if he’d had Fox & Facebook. and Putin.

Fox News host Chris Wallace swiftly condemned President Donald Trump’s false claim of having won the election, saying it was “extremely inflammatory.”

The president said in a speech on Tuesday night that “frankly, we did win this election,” despite there having been too few results for either candidate to have won.

He went on to call for “all voting to stop,” claiming that he would take his case to the Supreme Court.

His claim of victory was false — at the time of the speech, no decisive victory had been declared, with a sizeable portion of votes left to count. It is not also clear why he said he would go to the Supreme Court.

Fox News’ election hosts and commentators expressed concern at the president’s statements and struggled to put them in some kind of context.

Wallace, responding, said: “This is an extremely flammable situation and the president just threw a match into it. He hasn’t won the states, nobody is saying he’s won the states, the states haven’t said that he’s won.”

A chyron saying several states were “too early to call” backed him up. Fox News, which has its own decision desk, had not called either candidate for the presidency.

What an embarrassment. This election was both an IQ and moral character test, and thanks to the repugs ‘merica failed miserably. To think that so many were conned by a 2-bit pedophile reality show host that only speaks the truth by accident is devastating. I’ve long said that we need voter IQ more that voter ID, the dull-witted and lower denominator will inherit the earth.

While not the worst Presidential campaign in our history, I would put it in the top 10 for nastiness. And make it #1 since the TV era started.

Woke up this morning expecting chaos, protests, reports of armed violence. To my surprise, all the media rhetoric especially from the usual suspects were just that…fearmongering for ratings.

The terrible part is that we have not been more divided since the Civil War, and, aside from Biden, no one seems to be interested in healing those divisions. The center cannot hold.

Per Yahoo!, Biden has 264 EC vote; Trump has 214. Georgia, Nevada, and Pennsylvania are still out there. We may have a president-elect tonight, but I’m not holding my breath.
