I don’t sign a ballot when I vote. I just put marks on it. I do sign a register when I vote.
How the heck is it a secret ballot if you sign the ballot? In Canada we show our proof of ID, the clerk verifies our address and hands us a ballot. We go fill out the ballot, seal it and drop it in the ballot box in front of the clerk and it’s done.
“Did I pick the right candidate?” If you;re questioning THAT, then stay home!
