Well, there’s the connection between the daisy and the perfume company. The investigation is making progress!

Does this imply that Daisy is either British or Irish? That might explain his seeming aversion to firearms, though he might also not want to be caught with a gun while on parole.

Bob Morane, eh? I remember some old comics. They had a curious shift where sometimes they seemed more or less realistic, sometimes really out there space travelling adventure stories. I don’t remember him working for Interpol, though. I was never a big fan.

So Daisy is “petalling” perfume?!

I wouldn’t be surprised if Tracy called in Go Go Gomez, Joe Jitsu, Heap O’Calorie, Hemlock Holmes, and the Retouchables to help with this case.

Tracy’s “got too hot” does imply he was in trouble with the cops in Europe, but it doesn’t have to mean he was wanted; he could have been a “person of interest” but they lacked the evidence to arrest him. Daisy could also be in trouble with the criminals there, after all, Yeti isn’t too happy with him, either. And there is that problem with retrieving the poisoned perfume bottle, and taking the dart gun… Looks like Daisy’s career is coming to an end sooner than later.

Sam either snapped his fingers in panel two or his high blood pressure caused his fingertips to explode. Either way, I like it.

Was anyone here following Edge of Adventure? I neglected to save the links that James Allen gave us. I thought I could just use the “back” arrows, but GoComics took the last strip down, even though there are other strips still here that haven’t updated in years.

I let you guys off easy! I could’ve used Mr. Double (not to be confused with his squeaky clean cousin, Mr. Bubble) — a killer whose price is one perfect pearl. Got his name for eliminating both the mark and the man who hires him, all the better to preserve his secret identity.

Bob Morane is the hero of a series of adventure books in French, later adapted as graphic novels, that was very popular.
