They are only making their world a better place!

In Morro Bay, we have the sea lion “choir” warming up on a floating dock. I think they are trying to sing “God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen”. Barky but inspiring.

A few days ago we had workers here & Oliver disappeared .(he’s REALLY scared of loud noises.). I look around the house, .shake treat bags, etc.,nope )The workers left the door open .So my first thought was that Ollie went out. I looked ALL over the neighborhood .Nope. . My mom & I look around by car…nope no Oliver.) We get home & we find out he was hiding under the foot rest of a recliner!!! I didn’t know whether to cry or hug him: I was so relieved! He’d been there the whole time!

Hilarious, simply hilarious! XD Goofy Christmas songs are always funny. Looks like Jack and Chesney got quite a haul. Hopefully, they’ll share it with the other kitties. (They probably won’t, though.) On another note, saw a varied thrush and three juncos while out walking today. I also saw a plane fly over.

We had tragedy in our neighborhood this morning, just at dawn. Remember the picture from Halloween of my neighbors Rex and Elena trick or treating on mule back? Elena’s horse got out of the field…went up to the highway and was hit by a car. Killed instantly (which was a blessing) Car totaled, driver not injured. Elena is 18 and has had that horse since she was 6. A new person who bought a bit of land next to hers cut a tree that hit her fence and opened a passage for her mule and horse to get out. The woman driving the car said she saw another horse (which was the mule) run away when she got out of her car. We’re all feeling horrible.
