I once saw an episode of Law and Order: Special Victims Unit, where parents had put a tracker on their child. They were arrested for it. Today parents can give their children trackers (commonly known as “cell phones”, but rarely used to make phone calls) and keep track of their exact location, and it’s not illegal.

Well! You keep asking him where he’s going and who he’ll be with. Now you know!

Now they have the tackers in the phones.
(At least they are good for tracking down lost phones.)

Brad’s plan reminds me of the comics where the Family Circus kids run all over the place.

They’re called GPS coordinates of your cell phone.
But if it’s your car, they call it a lojack.
And if, you’re on parole, they call it an ankle bracelet.
