Remember accepting a pardon is an admission of guilt for the crime for which you are pardoned. Then there’s the slippery slope of the 5th amendment and how it may or may not work for you.

Apparently someone on donnie’s staff got him to understand that everyone he pardons no longer has 5th Amendment protection from testifying against him. A lot fewer pardons forthcoming.
