They can’t have a war, the murder hornets wipe out bee colonies. The first one they caught was given a tiny tracker and they followed him to his nest and killed them all. They have found a couple of queens now and are doing a good job of keeping tabs on the little monsters, still only in NW corner of WA state.

I watched a documentary about a man who finds African bees, replaces the queen with an European queen, and turns the hive into an ordinary hive.
