Boring? I don’t think so, Amanda. I mean, was London boring during The Blitz?

(Kind of an extreme example, I know. It’s the first one that came to mind.)

A friend of mine is skilled wood worker. Unfortunately, he’s also a narcoleptic. Last week, while operating his drill press, he fell asleep. He got bored.

Even without bows or ribbons, presents are not safe

One of ours is a paper freak, and he loves tape

In the days when choices of containers and wrappings were more limited, colored ribbons were used to identify recipients. These days, with such an assortment of boxes available, that really isn’t necessary. Boxes … boy, have I got boxes.

I haven’t done the ribbon thing in a long time….especially since I usually wait until the last minute to wrap. Wrap it and stick a bow on it. They only care about what’s inside, anyways.

There is a difference between boring and practical. :)

I am getting confused. Which cat is which: the tabby in the strip is Ric Flair or Toonces? If clarity is found on Facebook, I don’t do Facebook. The strip sometimes appears to call the tabby either one.

Here’s an idea. Put the ribbons inside the box with Christmas wrapping. On the out side of the ribbon and wrapping, just put some regular wrapping on the present.

We always use stick-on bows. the cats can pull them off easily without damaging the packages and they make GREAT hockey pucks!
